INSTRUCTIONS
| 1. Adjust the SMT Splice Cart to make the height suitable for youreself |
| 2. Place the component carrier tape on the 2mm or 4mm pitch placement pin guides. |
| 3. Intall M0700 clips on MTL60 |
| 4.Center both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on the pins, and secure with the clamps. |
| 5. Crimp the handle to connect the carrier tapes and remove |
| 6. Add a splice tape strip to the cover tape and press firmly to complete the splice. |
